The Chilean National Anthem!

Last weekend I had a Rotary conference! There, I got to meet up with my fabulous exchange friends!

We went to one of the adult's houses and exchanged some pins. From there, we got on a bus and went to lunch.
Empanadas and bread. mmmmmmmm. Perfección!
After lunch, we went to the conference center. Then we promptly took pictures. :)

All of us:
Los gringos:
Bridget and I! Sorry for the duck lips, but sometimes it just happens. Lo que pasa, pasa no más.
 Jodie and I:
So. Jodie wanted us to have a friendship bracelet and ried making it. She couldn't find the little string, so she bought rope. hahahhaa. Yeah. As if that was going to pan out. This is how it ended up and it just makes me love her more. Now I have it on my Rotary jacket.
I really like these pictures. :)

I love being part of the Rotary program.
All of us had been assigned to memorize the Chilean national anthem. We performed it in front of a group of about 80 Rotarians. It actually ended up being pretty rough... and they didn't really seem to appreciate us much. But I'd been meaning to memorize it and I'm glad I learned it.

By 4 or so that afternoon, we were headed back home on the bus.

After the following week of school I had just a week of school until the greatly anticipated Easter Island trip!

NEXT POST, I'LL START TALKING ABOUT MY EASTER ISLAND ADVENTURE!!
