Friday the 20th:
Due to the late night before, my room woke up 9:15 and missed the 9:00 breakfast. So we showered fast and grabbed some cookies and juice from the drive and ran to meet up with the group for the day's activity. We drove for a bit and arrived! I hadn't had time to do my hair... But luckily Fernanda helped me out.

We were at a place with a chairlift. We took it up and the view was gorgeous. We didn't go very high the first time.
Rodrigo and I:
And the view:
On the way down, we rode these racer things down a track. How cool! (Qué bacán!) I didn't get a picture on my camera of me, but here's Rodrigo and Miguel with theirs.
When I get the cd of pictures I'll add more. When we got to the bottom, we took the chairlift up again but this time higher. And there we walked a bit and got to this outlook.
Soooo gorgeous:
After that, we did the racing thing on the way down again. And next we were back on the bus to the hotel.
We had some more free time and I went with Paula and Carolina to a feria nearby. There were a ton of vendors selling homemade artisan (artesano!) stuff. I wish we could have spent more time there because everything was so cool and cheap! I bought a couple of things. But we didn't have a ton of time and ended up booking it back to the hotel in time for lunch.
After lunch, we had a little free time before our next activity, but we opted to lay around and relax in the hotel room. We drove for 15 minutes or so and there was a lady describing different sights. I didn't understand much... But I enjoyed the view. There were some pretty ginormous rich houses on the lakefront.
We reached our destination of a really beautiful lake and got off to take pictures. There was a photographer there and we took a group picture and then girls and boys separate. Then they took orders. I bought the group and the girl group picture. :) I love my friends!
Then we took some more pictures:

Paula!
Michelle!
Camila and Sofia :) Camilia is a sister of one of my classmates and came to help. I know there's an english word for that. But I can't remember it. Exchange student problems.
Nico!
We got on the bus and went to a river. It was a wishing river! I'm not really sure why. But for every drink you took, you got a wish. So that was fun! I took 3 drinks.
Then we stopped at this outlook:
This is supposed to look like a face:
But I don't see it... I never see these things. It's just a mountain.
More pictures:

Carolina and Paula! (roommates)
And after that, we were back to the hotel for dinner (cena!).
Then, I curled my hair and got dressed for my first disco!! I can't remember why time we left, but I think it was at like 11. We went to a place called Cebrero. It was really fun! Argentinians are more insistent than Chileans. When we first got there, Rodrigo was telling me that I needed to stay with the group to be safe yada yada. And while we were talking, an Argentinean came and pulled my hand to go and dance with him. But I was trying to concentrate on what Rodrigo was saying. I pushed his hand away but he kept pulling me. Eventually he let go. That was within the first 2 minutes of me being there. But that's all that happened that night. Haha. Oh and at one point, two guys came up and one was blindfolded. And they told me to kiss him. But I said no. Hahaha. We danced and danced until 3:30. That was the earliest time to go home. The other one was at 6:30. But my shoes were too small and I was tired. So we walked back to the hotel and I ended up staying up until 6:30 or 7 talking anyways...
It was a great day! Even by this day, the trip was going by way too fast.
